Terms and Conditions – pkslots Pakistan Gaming Platform

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "pkslots", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the pkslots platform operating at pkslots.biz and any associated services.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the pkslots platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a player following successful registration on the pkslots platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real money funds held in a player's account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless specifically stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or tournament tickets awarded by pkslots that carry wagering or other conditions before withdrawal.
• "Wager" means any real money or bonus money bet placed on any game available on the pkslots platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani rupees, the only currency in which transactions are processed on the pkslots platform.
• "Promotional Terms" means the specific conditions attached to any individual bonus, promotion, or tournament offered by pkslots from time to time.

2. Account Registration

To use the real-money features of the pkslots platform, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to all registration and account management:

You must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and for the duration of your account's existence:

• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of any corporate entity, trust, or other legal structure.

• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion request made to pkslots.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one active account on the pkslots platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same payment method, or the same device — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pkslots reserves the right to close all accounts except the first registered, with any balances in duplicate accounts forfeited in full.

Providing false information, including false name, date of birth, or contact details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

2.4 Account Verification

pkslots operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to provide documentary proof of identity and payment method ownership before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents typically include a valid CNIC or passport and proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication methods linked to your pkslots account. The following obligations apply:

• Do not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your pkslots account, including family members.
• Use a password that is not used for any other online service and change it regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication via your account settings for additional security.
• Log out of your account after each session when using shared or public devices.

pkslots will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support@pkslots.biz immediately.

pkslots accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable security precautions. In the event of a verified security breach, pkslots will cooperate fully with the affected player to investigate the incident.

4. Deposits

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits at pkslots. All deposits are processed in PKR:

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method owned and registered in the player's own name.
• Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from an account not belonging to the registered player — are prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account being reviewed.
• pkslots does not accept deposits in any currency other than PKR. Any attempt to deposit in foreign currency will be declined.
• pkslots does not charge fees for deposits. Any fees charged by the player's payment provider are the player's responsibility.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

pkslots processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the conditions below. Players who have used multiple payment methods may be asked to verify which method should receive a withdrawal.

• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 30 seconds of request submission.
• Withdrawals to NayaPay and SadaPay are processed within 30 minutes in most cases.
• IBFT bank transfers are processed within 2 hours during standard banking hours.
• Visa and Mastercard withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days subject to the card issuer's processing schedule.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• There is no maximum withdrawal limit for cash game winnings. Tournament prizes above Rs 1,000,000 may be subject to a compliance review before processing.
• Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending KYC verification if the required documents have not been submitted.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements detailed in Section 6 of these Terms.
• pkslots does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. For withdrawals where the total withdrawn within a 30-day period exceeds Rs 5,000,000, a 1% processing fee applies to the amount above that threshold.

5.3 Withdrawal Holds and Reviews

pkslots reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request for the purposes of fraud prevention, AML compliance, or identity verification. In such cases, the player will be notified within 24 hours of the hold being placed, and the reason (to the extent permissible by law) will be communicated. Holds are typically resolved within 3 business days.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

pkslots offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. The following conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific Promotional Terms for a given offer state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses at pkslots is 25x the bonus amount. Individual promotions may carry different multipliers, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games contribute 20%. Poker and certain other games may contribute 0% to bonus wagering. Specific contribution rates are listed in the Promotional Terms for each offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonus funds expire after this period without notice.
• Maximum bet size while a bonus is active is Rs 1,000 per spin or hand. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the bonus being voided.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

pkslots actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using wagering strategies designed purely to exploit bonus terms (such as low-variance bet patterns that meet wagering requirements with minimal risk), and providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

Where bonus abuse is identified, pkslots reserves the right to void the bonus, recover any winnings generated from the abused bonus, and close the account. pkslots' decisions regarding bonus abuse are final.

7. Game Rules

Each game category available on pkslots operates under its own set of rules. The following general principles apply to all games:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning under supervised studio conditions.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the rules of the relevant game. Most games will auto-complete the round using the bet already placed. If the round cannot be completed, the wager will be refunded.
• In the event of a software error that results in an incorrect game display or outcome, pkslots reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager. Winnings from demonstrably erroneous outcomes are not valid and will not be paid.
• pkslots reserves the right to suspend or remove any game from the platform at any time without notice.

7.1 Poker-Specific Rules

In addition, the following platform-specific rules apply: no player may hold more than one account at the same poker table; the use of third-party assistance software is prohibited; all in-game transactions at the poker table are final and cannot be reversed.

8. Fair Play & Anti-Fraud

11. Intellectual Property

pkslots' total aggregate liability to any player for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the value of the player's account balance at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pkslots reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email to the address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
